Purchase and Return Policy

This document is part of the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict regarding payment and refunds, this document shall prevail.

1. Pricing Plans

The archive is considered to include the saved versions of websites: rollback is possible precisely because previous versions are not deleted.

There is no permanent free plan.

1.1. The first month on the Basic plan is free.

Upon subscribing to the Basic plan, you receive 30 days of free service. During this period, the service will be fully operational: the website will be published and remain accessible online.

What you need to know before proceeding with the application:

• After the 30-day trial period, the subscription continues at a cost of €5 per month, with automatic billing. The date and amount of the first charge will be displayed upon registration.
• Cancellation is possible at any time during the free month. If you cancel before the end of the free month, no charges will be applied. The website will be removed from publication on the day it ends.
• The trial month is provided once. It does not reset upon re-subscription, changing of the plan, or the creation of a new account using the same email address.
• Only Basic. There is no free trial period for Plus and Business plans; switching to these plans immediately initiates a paid subscription from the trial month.

2. What is subject to pricing

The pricing unit is the published website, not the action. The tariff covers the ability to host a certain number of websites online, regardless of how often you update them or how many visitors they receive.

Do not consume quota: repeated publications to an existing website, reverting to a previous version, drafts that have not been published, and deleted websites.

Deleting the website immediately releases the space in the quota.

Exceeding the quota is not permitted. When all available slots are full, the creation of a new website will be rejected until you either delete the unnecessary website or upgrade to a plan with a higher quota. There are no additional charges for websites exceeding the plan's quota; instead, you will pay the fixed price of the next plan.

3. Taxes

The seller of the recording (merchant of record) in your purchase is Stripe. The applicable tax, including calculation, collection, and remittance to the relevant budget, is determined, collected, and remitted by Stripe.

Prices in Section 1 are stated exclusive of tax. The applicable rate will be determined upon checkout, based on the buyer's country and will be displayed before payment confirmation – the final amount to be debited will be visible before you confirm it.

Customers, being legal entities from EU countries with a valid VAT payer ID, may specify it during the order process; in this case, the reverse charge mechanism applies. For customers outside the EU, VAT is not applicable.

4. Payment

4.1. Payments are accepted by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as the service provider. The subscription payment agreement is concluded with Stripe, and Stripe will issue the invoice, which will be reflected in your bank statement. The service described in this document and in the Terms of Use is provided by us.

The details of your card are processed by Stripe; they do not reach us.

4.2. The subscription commences from the date of payment and automatically renews each billing period until cancelled. The deduction occurs on the date of purchase and subsequently on the same date of each period. If such a date does not exist in the month, the deduction occurs on the last day of the month.

4.3. Subscription management, card changes, and cancellation – through the Stripe Customer Portal in your personal account.

4.4. Transaction History is also available in the same place: you can view and download a receipt for each payment, including for accounting purposes.

4.5. The billing currency is the euro. If your account is held in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fee; we do not control those amounts.

5. Consumer's right of withdrawal (14 days)

5.1. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of subscribing without providing any reasons. This right does not apply to business users.

5.2. Immediate Provision of Service. The service is available immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you expressly request that the service be provided immediately and confirm that you understand that upon commencement of use, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation regarding the service already provided – in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of the Spanish TRLGDCU. The agreement is recorded at the time of subscription.

5.3. If you have not published any websites during the paid period, the right of withdrawal remains: you can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

5.5. During the free month, there is nothing to return: charges have not yet been incurred. Cancellation during this period terminates the subscription without any payments, and the right to a 14-day cancellation does not apply – this right applies to a paid contract.

5.4. The refund notification will be sent to pavel.knx@gmail.com in a free-form manner. The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the notification.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The request is submitted to pavel.knx@gmail.com, specifying the account address, date of charge, and reason. We respond within 7 days; the agreed-upon refund will be credited within 5–10 business days after the decision.

Refunds will not be issued if access is terminated due to a violation of Section 7 of the Terms of Service, as well as for unused quota: the tariff covers the possibility of use, not the actual use.

7. Refunds (chargeback)

If you have a question regarding a chargeback, please contact us first. We will respond within 7 days, and in most cases, the issue can be resolved without the involvement of your bank. Initiating a chargeback without prior notification may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute with your bank.

8. Cancellation of Subscription

8.1. The subscription can be cancelled at any time in your personal account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: until that point, the service will continue to operate fully. Cancellation during the free month also applies – the service will continue to operate until the end of the period, and no charges will be incurred.

8.2. Upon the expiration of the paid period, the websites are removed from publication. The files are retained for an additional 30 days, during which time it is possible to renew the subscription and restore the websites. After the expiration of the term, the files are deleted permanently.

8.3. Cancellation of subscription and account deletion are separate actions. The procedure for deleting an account is described in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Non-payment

If the payment fails, Stripe will attempt the transaction again according to its schedule, and we will notify you by email.

Within 7 days of a failed payment, the websites are removed from publication. Furthermore, after another 30 days, the files are deleted. The account remains active, and it is possible to reactivate it by paying for a subscription.

10. Price Changes

10.1. Existing subscribers will be notified of the price increase at least 30 days prior to its effective date.

10.2. The new price does not apply to the current paid period; it only applies from the next one.

10.3. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription prior to the date on which the new price becomes effective.

10.4. The price reduction will be applied automatically and no notification is required.

11. Storage of payment documents

Records and payment transactions are retained for 6 years (Commercial Code, Article 30) even after account deletion – this is a legal obligation, and we cannot delete them before the specified period.
