How aiput.site works: from an AI-made page to a live website

You asked Claude, Codex or Cursor to make you a landing page, and it did. The files are on your computer: an index.html, some CSS, a few images. Getting them online used to be a separate project — pick a hosting company, create an account, learn how their dashboard works, upload the files, sort out the address.

aiput.site removes that project. The agent that made the site publishes it, and you get a link.

Three steps

  1. Sign in at aiput.site with Google or with a code sent to your email. Your first site is free for 14 days, with no card needed; you choose a plan later.
  2. Copy the message from your dashboard and paste it into the chat with your agent. The message already contains everything the agent needs: the server address and your personal access key.
  3. Ask the agent to publish the site. It creates the site, uploads the files and gives you the public address.

That is the whole process. There is no website builder and nothing to configure: the HTML your agent wrote is published exactly as it is.

What happens behind the scenes

Your agent talks to aiput.site through MCP, the Model Context Protocol. It is the standard way for AI agents to use outside tools, and most coding agents support it. Our server lives at https://aiput.site/mcp and gives the agent a small set of tools:

  • create_site — make an empty site and get its address;
  • deploy_site and update_site — publish files;
  • get_site_status and list_sites — check what is online;
  • list_deployments and rollback_site — see earlier versions and go back to one of them;
  • rename_site and delete_site — change a site's label or remove it.

Every tool describes its own limits, so the agent knows the rules before it starts, not after a failed upload.

Sites are served from Cloudflare's global network. Each site gets its own address on workers.dev as soon as it is created.

Every version is kept

Each publication is a new version, and the previous ones stay. Up to the 10 most recent versions are kept for every site. If an update goes wrong, ask the agent to roll back — the earlier version is live again in a few seconds, without uploading anything.

What you can publish

aiput.site hosts static websites: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, icons and fonts. A site needs an index.html at its root. One publication can contain up to 1000 files, 10 MB per file and 50 MB in total.

What does not fit: anything that has to run on a server. PHP, databases and Node.js backends are not supported. A contact form on a static page needs a third-party form service to receive the messages.

Your own domain

The workers.dev address works from the start. For a domain of your own, ask the agent: it finds a free name and shows the price, sends you a link to pay, and connects the domain to the site. There is no registrar's panel to visit and no DNS to set up.

Next: how to connect your AI agent.

Your AI agent made a website? Let it publish it. Plans start at €7 a month, and the first 14 days are free, no card needed.
